Generate, Print, and Export Reports
Once you close out of your assessment, you can view different reports showing how each student and the class performed on every question. You can choose to print the report or export it to another file format.
1. Click the Report>Reports tab.
2. Click on the session you want to view and click Generate.
3. The CPS Reporting window opens. This window displays the names of the students who participated in the session you selected. It also displays the available report types.
4. Click on a report and click Preview. A Print Preview window opens and displays the report.
5. Click Export to File to save the report in your choice of file formats.
6. Click Printer to print the report.
7. To exit the Print Preview window, click Close.
8. Click Close on the Reporting window to return to the Report>Reports tab.
9. Report Types:
a. The Instructor Summary displays the results for each student's responses from which a grade could be determined.
b. The Question Report provides the teacher with the question, a list of individual student responses and a chart of the distribution of answers.
c. Study Guides can be generated to provide question-by-question feedback to individuals, the teacher or the whole class on their results displaying the full question, correct answer and the student's response.
d. The Item Analysis Report gives the teacher a view of the distribution of answers from the entire class indicating the correct answer for each and displaying, if selected, the standards reflected in the question.
