Teacher Managed Assessment Mode
Now that you’ve created lessons and questions, you can deliver them to students to reinforce your lesson or gauge student comprehension by using the Teacher Managed Assessment Mode.
1. Plug the CPS receiver into any available USB port.
2. Have students turn on their response pads.
3. From the Engage tab, select Lessons and Assessments.
4. Check the box next to the lesson you would like to present.
5. Click the Advanced button in the "Engage Options" to check whether or not to automatically upload session results or to include session results in the CPS Gradebook.
6. In the Engage Options ribbon, select the Title, Type and Class and then click the Engage Button.

7. The Engage Bar will open providing you with options:
8. Clicking on Questions will allow you to select questions from a drop-down menu composed of the questions you created.
9. Clicking Next will automatically bring you to the first question of the lesson.
10. Once the question is asked, students can respond with their response pad.
11. Click End when all students have answered.
12. The correct answer will be shown and you will see a distribution of the students’ answers.
13. You will also see the percentage of correct responses.
14. Clicking the Next or Forward Arrow will bring you to the next question.
15. When all questions have been answered, click Close to return to the Engage Bar.
16. Click Close on the Engage Bar and you will return to the Engage Tab.

10. Once the question is asked, students can respond with their response pad.
11. Click End when all students have answered.
12. The correct answer will be shown and you will see a distribution of the students’ answers.
13. You will also see the percentage of correct responses.
14. Clicking the Next or Forward Arrow will bring you to the next question.
15. When all questions have been answered, click Close to return to the Engage Bar.
16. Click Close on the Engage Bar and you will return to the Engage Tab.
